FMCG · DATA, ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
THE CHALLENGE

A regional beverage business had millions of transaction records across sales, customers, products, costs, promotions and service measures—but no consistent analytical path from raw data to executive action.

WHAT WE BUILT

We designed a governed Raw-to-Gold data pipeline, unified the commercial model, and built sales, profitability, promotion, baseline, incrementality and elasticity intelligence around common definitions.

How the data becomes a decision

  1. Raw dataSales, customers, products, costs, promotions, service
  2. Governed pipelineRaw-to-Gold, with common definitions
  3. Unified modelOne commercial view, 3.6M+ records reconciled
  4. Decision intelligenceProfitability, promotion, baseline, incrementality, elasticity
Simplified view of the approach described above.
OUTCOME SIGNALS
3.6M+ RECORDS

Reconciled into a trusted analytical foundation without loss at the core sales grain.

PROMOTION INTELLIGENCE

Baseline, uplift, dependency and elasticity logic connected to customer and product decisions.

EXECUTIVE CLARITY

Performance views moved beyond reporting toward forecasts, action lists and accountable decisions.

FIELD RESEARCH · AI MARKETING & BUSINESS AUTOMATION

A survey platform designed for real field conditions

THE CHALLENGE

Research teams needed to capture structured responses and shelf images in locations where signal could be weak or unavailable—without losing work or slowing the next interview.

WHAT WE BUILT

We created an offline-first survey workflow with resilient local capture, background synchronization, dependency handling and an AI-ready shelf-image analysis and dataset-export layer.

How a survey response travels

  1. Capture offlineResponses and shelf images saved on the device
  2. Store safelyNothing lost when signal drops
  3. Sync in backgroundDependency handling, pending items stay visible
  4. Analyze and exportAI-ready image analysis and dataset export
Simplified view of the approach described above.
OUTCOME SIGNALS
OFFLINE CONTINUITY

Field teams can continue capturing responses when connectivity disappears.

SYNC CONFIDENCE

Pending submissions remain visible and move through a controlled recovery process.

AI-READY DATA

Shelf images and product context can feed vision analysis today and custom model training tomorrow.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE · CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION

Turning a service website into a clearer growth journey

THE CHALLENGE

A customer-facing service business had strong services and memberships, but the digital experience did not explain the value quickly or guide visitors toward the right next step.

WHAT WE BUILT

We restructured the offer architecture, sharpened service and membership messaging, and designed a more intentional path from discovery to consideration and action.

The visitor path we designed

  1. DiscoverClearer services and membership value
  2. ConsiderMessaging and proof organized around customer intent
  3. ActCalls to action aligned with the next step
Simplified view of the approach described above.
OUTCOME SIGNALS
CLEARER POSITIONING

Services and membership value became easier to understand at a glance.

STRONGER JOURNEYS

Pages were organized around customer intent rather than internal categories.

CONVERSION READINESS

Calls to action, proof and decision content were aligned to reduce hesitation.

OPERATING STRATEGY · GROWTH STRATEGY & MARKETING INTELLIGENCE

Creating the blueprint for a centralized food-service operation

THE CHALLENGE

A multi-location Caribbean food-service group needed to evaluate the scale, requirements and risk of centralizing preparation for restaurants and regional distribution.

WHAT WE BUILT

We structured the initiative into feasibility, facility, food safety, supply chain, technology, people, financial and rollout workstreams—supported by a detailed discovery framework and phased consulting roadmap.

Eight workstreams, one roadmap

  1. 1Feasibility
  2. 2Facility
  3. 3Food safety
  4. 4Supply chain
  5. 5Technology
  6. 6People
  7. 7Financial
  8. 8Rollout
Supported by a detailed discovery framework and a phased consulting roadmap.
OUTCOME SIGNALS
DECISION CLARITY

Leadership received a structured view of scope, dependencies and investment questions.

PHASED ROADMAP

The program was organized from feasibility through commissioning and operations.

RISK VISIBILITY

Critical regulatory, capacity, cold-chain and execution questions were surfaced early.

HOW IMPACT IS CREATED

The work connects insight to operating action

Our strongest engagements do more than deliver a recommendation. They create a repeatable way to decide, execute and learn.

01 · Start with the decision

Define the business question, value at stake and people who must act.

02 · Connect the system

Align data, experience, operating process and technology around the same outcome.

03 · Build for use

Create practical tools, views and workflows that fit the way teams actually work.

04 · Learn and compound

Measure adoption and outcomes, then improve the system as the business evolves.

YOUR NEXT CASE STUDY STARTS WITH A BUSINESS QUESTION

Let’s turn the next complex challenge into practical momentum

Bring us the decision, growth constraint or operating problem that matters. We’ll help define the clearest path forward.
